"Within you, there is a stillness to which you can retreat to at any time and be yourself." ~ William Blake

Aloha Bliss Rituals is a space for tea ceremony and women circles. Tea ceremony is a beautiful ritual that connects us to ourselves, others and nature.
It is a space for communion, connection and empowerment.
It is a space that blends ancient wisdom with modern rituals to help you awaken from a busy, never-satisfied mind to the innate wisdom of your heart; and see the extraordinary in the ordinary.
Learning to still the mind is one of the hardest things in life. How do we quell the constant internal chatter? Quiet the negative internal dialogues? How do we nurture the quiet waters within us in this constantly chaotic world? How do we tune into our intuition and listen to the innate wisdom of the Heart?
In this 90 minutes Tea Meditation + Coaching session, you will learn to deepen your mindfulness practice, unearth inner stillness and rewire some of the old narratives and thought patterns that hinder you from living fully from an empowered, heart-minded space.
The medicine of Tea is essentially the medicine of the Heart. We make space for presence, connection and calm through rituals, contemplation and the art of attention. We learn to make space for silence and the in-betweens so that we can live awake.
This is designed to help you awaken from a busy, never-satisfied mind or a perfectionist mindset to one in true harmony with the innate wisdom of your heart.
The extraordinary is in the ordinary.

" Essentially, it's a journey with my inner self through tea meditation. I connected to my soul more deeply and felt calmer after the ceremony. I was able to bring this sense of calm back home to my kids. The tea used in Ceremony has such a powerful, ancient presence. I've never tasted such premium grade teas before and I absolutely love the energy of the tea."

"So grateful to be able to sit in this way. Such a perfect morning sipping tea in gratitude, each of us touching the same moment from within our separate selves. Between each steepings, we've arrived and returned to ourselves over and again."
