Sage essential oil is associated with protection and cleansing, ward off negative energies. 

LAVENDER 

A multi-purpose essential oil that carries the element of air, making it great for purification and protection. It also helps to soothe tension, relieve anxiety and aid in having a restful sleep. 

ATLAS CEDARWOOD

A protective and grounding ancient herb used across many cultures. Used to aid bronchial infections, nervous tension, stress-related conditions, urinary tract infections, and circulation of muscles and joints. 

ROSE

The highest vibrational oil in the world. Helps to balance hormones, clear mental fatigue, open the heart chakra and align with higher divine healing. 

GERANIUM 

Equal parts sedative and uplifting. It transforms feelings of sadness and anxiety into calm and peace. 

LEMON

An zesty uplifting essential oil that gives you a boost when you feel you are run down. 

CALENDULA BLOOMS

A beautiful medicinal flower & herb versatile in its healing properties. It’s a traditional remedy for supporting the immune system and lifting the spirits. I used yellow calendula flowers in this blend. 

AMETHYST 

A protective stone with high vibration. Amethyst is a natural tranquilizer that balances out highs and lows, dispelling anger and fear. It also encourages divine guidance and intuition. 

DAILY RITUAL:

Roll onto temples, inner wrists, heart and sides of neck. Gently massage the oil in and visualise a protective light shield around you.
